Hijackthis log (tried various spyware scanners)

The other day I tried to stream the roy jones jr and felix trinidad fight like a moron. And now I have all kinds of problems. I tried various spyware scanners and what not and removed a lot of things. But now I can't log in to e-mail accounts, or ebay accounts, or even my AIM account...I'm really hoping someone here can help me.
