First off, I know I'm responding to a post that's over a month old, but I figure any help at all is better than none.

1.) Your hijackthis log shows you have 2 antivirus programs installed: Avast & McAfee. You really shouldn't use multiple antivirus programs, as they conflict with each other and drastically slow your system down. Please choose the one you prefer and uninstall all others from Add/Remove programs (or with Vista, "Programs & Features") in the control panel. Do this now before continuing. (This isn't referring to online scanners.)

2.) After uninstalling one of your antivirus programs, uninstall the following (if present) from Add/Remove Programs (or with Vista, "Programs & Features"):

MyWebSearch
MyWebSearch Email Plugin
My Web Search (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)

If prompted to restart, don't restart yet.

3) Uninstall all old versions of Java. Previous versions of Java have many vulnerabilities. Repeat uninstallation as many times as necessary to remove each old Java version. Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed. Now, go to http://majorgeeks.com/Sun_Java_Runtime_Environment_d4648.html to download & install the latest version.

4) Go into msconfig (Start > Run > type msconfig or in Vista, just type msconfig into the search bar). Set it to Normal (enable all startup items & services.)

5) Download and install CCleaner.
Run CCleaner with the default options (that means don’t change anything) to clean out temporary files. Only use the default settings on the Windows Tab and select Run Cleaner. Don't run any other options from other tabs. Also it is highly recommended to login to all other User Accounts on the PC including the Administrator account (on Win2K, XP and Vista) which will only show when you boot in safe mode. Run CCleaner on each account. This can greatly reduce scan time and log sizes from the later scanning you will do below. If you don’t see CCleaner’s link when logging into the other accounts, just goto the C:\Program Files\CCleaner folder and double click on the ccleaner.exe file to run it. You can also create a shortcut to the file on the Desktop of your other user accounts to make it easier to run in the future. If you booted into safe mode to clean the Adminstrator account, be sure to reboot in normal mode before continuing on with the instructions below.

6) Download & install Ad-Aware & Spybot Search & Destroy. Update each of them. Run Ad-Aware's scan. If it finds something, reboot and run the scan again. Continue doing this untill it doesn't find anything. Run Spybot's scan. If it finds something, reboot and run the scan again. Continue doing this untill it doesn't find anything.

7) Run hijackthis again, and if the following are still there, check them, and then remove them:
