Cookies are normally harmless unless they are infected with a virus. If you are getting cookies flagged as a virus STOP going to those sites. Just delete them, you may have to log in too some web sites like Lockergnome but only once to replace the cookie you deleted. Some security software will flag cookies as addware or spyware because they log your browsing history and you get some from add related sites like doubleclick etc. That doesn't mean they are dangerous and will harm your system.

Thanks for helping me, i currently now have another question please help me out. I was going to empty out my virus vault but i found a trojan download. What should i do with it delete it from vault or leave it in there? And i have done many Scans after that trojan was found. I thought that trojans can pretty much never be removed? Anyways please tell me what i should do next.

If its not a file that you need delete it from the vault. The only reason to keep it would be if it was something you needed and could heal. Some Trojans can be hard or near impossible to remove but not all of them.
