Another Google search problem

I started having issues with my internet searches. I was using Google/IE. I would type in a search and although the title of the search looked to be correct, when you looked closely at the result, the websites listed were goofey - things such as www.shopica.com, insights1.com, areaconnect.com, etc, etc. I started doing some research..This problem also happens when I try using another search like Yahoo. I have since stopped using IE and switched over to Firefox (still having the problem). I have added a ton of spyware (I have: Super Anti-spyware, Malwarebytes, Security Solutions Anit-Spyware, BHODemon, Ad-Aware SE, Spybot, Spyware Blaster, Spyware Guard, Zonelabs Firewall, Registry Mechanic, XP Medic, Spyware Dr, Norton Pc Checkup - free. I know...overkill!!) Each one has found things and "fixed" the problems. I am still having these issues that I described though. I finally found the Hijackthis website and ran a scan. I am enclosing it with this and am really hoping someone can help me understand what is going on and how I might be able to fix this...it is maddening! Anybody??? Thank you so very much.
