Google is redirecting my search results

Hey guys. Just trying on here to see if anyone can help. For the last week or so, any time I go into Google to do a search, the search-list comes back fine, but when I go to click on any of the hits I get redirected various other irrelevant websites. some of these have been finda4u.com and others.

Is there anyway I can get rid of thi? I've been reading about and have downloaded this HiJackThis program, but just to let you all know; I'm a complete technophobe and struggle with computers!
