Archived from groups: microsoft>public>publisher (more info?)

I have just finished creating a 20 page booklet in publisher 2003. Now I
want to save it as a pdf and email it to my group. Unfortunately, when
viewed, it is in printing order, rather than page 1-20. The only workaround
I have found is to save each individual page as an image, then save the image
as a pdf, then compile the individual pages through acrobat. This is
ridiculous! Can anyone give me an easier soultion for saving my booklet in a
readable page 1-20 format? Thanks for your help.

Go to File, Page setup and change from Special Fold to Special size.
You will need to put in the booklet size pages, i.e., 5.5 x 8.5

If you want both formats for the file you may have to save the new settings
under its own file name. (I don't know if you can return to booklet once
you've set it as Special size.

If you are sending the pub out to others, a better format would be pdf. Not
everyone has Publisher to open pub files.

File > Page Setup > Printer and Paper
Select your PDF printer and set the paper size as a half-page (probably
either A5 or 8.5x5.5").
Go straight to the Layout tab and select Full Page.
Click OK.
Print to your PDF printer.
