Transparent Box Behind Several Process Diagrams

Hi there I am not able to draw a large process diagram behind several smaller process diagrams without moving the rest about

Visio Pro 2003: I have a flowchart that I want to print on A2 The default settings in page set up address A3 and smaller but only seem to offer D sheet etc for larger sizes These appear to be close to the metric sizes but not exactly the same I can t just try and print onto them unfortunately as I have no print facilities here and will sending the finished file to a remote colleague f
