placing an access DB into VSS 6.0 help

I have just recently taken over our VSS duties, and currently we have an access 2003 DB in VSS.

Our current development machine is going bad, and we have a new machine built and are in between "rollouts" so we are wanting to start fresh with VSS and the db.

The problem is if I copy the current vss project folder and place it on the new machine it links back to the original user who placed it in source control and we can't make changes, and if I start fresh I can't figure out how to place all of the access reports/queries/macros/forms into VSS seperately.

Anybody able to help a "newbie" out with this? The 2 things I need to do are either:
1) Figure out how to change the user (the error it gives me is "Another user has placed this database under source code control and is the only person who should work with it. Source code control features will be disabled". I have created a new user with full rights to the project but that doesn't seem to help)
2) Figure out how to create a fresh project that includes all the internal access files (this is what I am wanting to do).

I have no actual reference in house since the only guy that dealt with it is gone, and didn't share any info about it and the help files really haven't been much help.

Have you tried unbinding the project from VSS and binding it back to the source control again?
