I have added an Excel chart to a Frontpage document. The chart has a
trendline that shows the derived equation and r2 value. The equation is
displayed overtop of the trendline and some of the data points. Is there a
way to move the equation and r2 values away from the trendline and data
points?

TIA

You might have more luck getting an answer to this
question in the Excel newsgroup as I would supect that
you would accomplish this in Excel before bringing it
into Front Page.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will try that.

Unfortunately the problems seems to be with the Office Web Component and not
Excel. I have the trendline and equation properly formatted in Excel but when
I save if as a web page and move it to FrontPage, the formatting changes and
I can't move the equation. The same also applies if I create a new chart
object in FrontPage and try to add and format the trendline equation.

When you Save as Web page in Excel you are generating html text and gif/jpg images of your view in Excel
If you are saving as interactive (supported by users w/ the OWC and Excel / IE, the functionality is every limited
