Archived from groups: microsoft>public>publisher (more info?)

I have created a newsletter for our company in Publisher (Office 2003).
Windows XP (SP3) is my operating system. We sent the newsletter out to all
the folks on our distribution list and I am getting feedback from some of
them (Vista, Office 2007) that the newsletter is getting cut off about 2/3rd
the way down. My sheet size for this newsletter is sized to 8.5X22 and it
shows up fine in both my Gmail, Yahoo, and my employers Outlook (2003). Could
somebody help me with this issue as i do not know if there is a compatability
issue or if i need to do something different.

You didn't say how or in what format you sent it out. I would suggest
make it a pdf and attach that to your email.
There is a M$ pdf generator add in for 2007, which won't help you in
2003 for that you'll need to use one of the several free pdf generators.

We e-mailed it directly out of publisher with the (send page as e-mail
message) option. As far as the pdf option, i don't want to send it as an
attachment. Thank you for the suggestion though.
