I'm creating a website for the first time using Publisher 2003. Whilst
working on the Product List page, I stupidly deleted the "More Details"
hyperlinks on a couple of the products before realising they were hyperlinks
to the following page. Can anyone suggest how to reinstate the hyperlinks?

How about opening a second running of Publisher, create a new website file
and do some copy/paste, a page at a time.

Type in "More Details" and insert the hyperlink to the correct page.
