If you searched for index.htm and didn't find it on your computer, it's not
there.

:I have been handed a project to improve a website. I ftp'ed the
: website to my local computer, and then I looked for "index.htm". I
: found it, but it does not match the contents of the page shown as the
: home page.
: There are a lot of subdirectories to the project, so I then did the
: following:
: I looked for a (almost) unique word in the home page that I saw on the
: browser, and then I did a search for it through all the pages I had
: ftp'ed. About 3 pages had it, but neither were the home page. They
: just didn't match the contents.
: This is a mystery that I cannot figure out.
: Any help is appreciated.
