How do I change the start date in a Gantt chart?

I have a Gantt chart which has a start date of 8/14. The project will
actually start later, so I want to move the start date and have all the tasks
move with it. Is there a way to do this?

Use the mouse to select all the tasks and move them to the new date then
menu Gantt Chart -> Options
and set the new start date.
