change sequence of the custom properties

I added some custom properties to the shape but the sequence of the
items is not what I expected, are there any ways to change the order of
the properties items manually or programmatically?

If you right click the Custom Properties window, you can choose "Define
Properties". You can use the Sort key to change the order.

An easier way is to open the shapesheet and add the sort keys. Rather seeing
one custom property at a time, the shapesheet will show the properties as a
table.

Since you probably would like this change over several shapes, you should
change the Master shape.
