There is an issue with TFS development. In Visual SourceSafe, when a
developers checks-out a file from the server, by default the Get Latest
operation is being done. However, in TFS case, this is not being done
automatically. This means that a developer first needs to perform a
Get-Latest than he/she needs to check-out the file.
MSDN documentation doesn’t provide any solutions to problem. I request you
to kindly provide solution for this problem.
