Can't even get it to startup do attempt to clear out add-ins, etc. It was initially an upgrade from Visio for Enterprise architects. Have uninstalled all Visio products, cleared registry of all Visio (that was safe) and reinstalled. Still crashing. Any ideas. Nothing coming back from Google on this one unfortunately.
