Does Visio have a PDF maker/Why does Visio Viewer not work

I have been attempting to get info concerning Visio 2003 Professional. Many
need to be able to view Visio files. I am finding that The Visio Viewer does
not work when installed. Does Visio have a PDF-Maker or is that something
that we must download? I must get this issue resolved as soon as possible

Visio 2007 has a free PDF (and XPS) addin
You will need to get your own for Visio 2003.

Also, why don't you think the Visio Viewer does not work?
