Visio Org charts 2003 and 2007

Hi,

I've already posted to the .general newsgroup for this, but after
calling two numbers at microsoft and talking to the Concierge chat,
they've now pointed me to the "managed" newsgroups.. So I'm re-posting
here..

I'm trying to use the Org chart wizard in Office Visio to draw up our HR
staff list. I've tried in both 2003 and 2007, but I keep getting an
error from visio about "Employee name "xyz" is not in your organization
data".

I've configured the GAL in our SBS 2003 server with all the appropriate
organisation info (who reports to whom). The GAL in Outlook works fine,
and shows the sub-ordinates to "xyz" employee. Follow a KB article
about cached GALs, I've switched my Exchange profile in Outlook to
non-cached, and tried to force a GAL download... I've even tried this on
a second machine.

I was able to get this to work once, but after a reboot (patches) it no
longer works again..

My HR lady needs this to work, and I can't see what I'm doing wrong.

I get the error when I choose any employee, yet Visio is able to show me
a list of users from the GAL to choose as the name at the top of the page.

Any ideas?

I've put in the support call, just waiting on the email (the first KB
was what I'd already seen).
