When I attemt to install Visio 2007 I get a bootstrap error and it closes.

It is a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium.

Microsoft Setup Bootstrap keeps closing - just with Visio 2007

Anyone have a clue?

I've installed v2007 and v2010 (both versions) on Win7 (x64) with no
problems.
