Shape in Organisation Chart

Hi,

I'm using Visio 2003 and want to create lots of org charts (manually rather
than using the wizard). I'd like to have a slightly different shape in the
chart - rather than just boxes with centralised text, I'd also like the boxes
to have 'inner boxes' so that I can show number of roles and grade
information.

The only similar shape I can find is a 'Title Block Corporate 1' - this
would be perfect except it doesn't have the same drop and drag qualities that
the org chart boxes do..

Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to change the standard org
chart box?!
