Hi all,

I have data for my report that includes a groupID field. There are multiple
records for each avail. groupID. I want to create different groups in my
report for each possible value groupID value. How do I...?

Open the report in design fiew Under the Menu View (or right click on report)
- Sorting and Groping - it will give you the form to pick a field and in the
Group Properties you can select Heading and change it to yes.

Open the report in design view, then use the View - Sorting
and Grouping menu item. In the Sorting and Grouping window,
enter/select the groupID field name. Below that, set the
Group Heade and/or Footer properties to Yes.
