I'm creating a 4 x 6 post card. When I upload it to a commercial printer it
comes out picture perfect except 2 times smaller then it should be. It looks
a little smaller when I use print preview too but not 2X smaller. I've tried
changing page setup to standard letter size and using guides to layout but
the same thing happens. Any suggestions on how to fix this so it will align
properly for printers?

Are you setting up your printer for 6 x 4? When you setup your card on standard
paper paper stock (portrait), are you getting the message Publisher will print
two copies per sheet?

You should be able to setup a custom size in your printer if you have stock 6 x
4.

Publisher by default will define an one inch margin on your card, are you
designing within that margin? It will seem small if your design is 5 x 3.

I had created it using customer 6 x 4 and uploaded to a printer. It came
back as 4 inches wide by 2 inches high on a 4 x 6 post card so they are
completely useless. Can't even put an address sticker on them. The printer
is letting us print them again but I still have the same problem with sizing.
That's why I tried putting it on a regular letter sized paper but print
preview still shows it as shrunken (a miniaturized version of the 6 x 4 card
except on a 4 x 2 size?

I'll try adjusting the margins again but doesn't custom automatically set
the margins?
