PICTURE MOVES IN ARTICLE

How do you keep a picture from moving about in an article? I didn't have
problems in Word, but somehow I cannot stabilize the picture in Front Page

Please give a link to a page with the problem, and indicate which
picture keeps moving.

One possibility: the problem is the picture is absolutely positioned,
and it's the rest of the page that's moving - but we would need to see
the page to determine the cause.
