Missing Linked Table Manager for Acc 2000

I have Access 2000 SP-3 running on VISTA. When I try to link to a backend, it
wants me to use the Professional install CD to load the manager, (which I do
not have).
How can I install the wizards and help files for Access 2000 from the web?

Jerry,

You cannot install those options from the web. You must use the
installations discs, the same ones you used to get it on the machine
originally.
