MS-Visio 2003

I am using Visio 2003. When i group the Visio and paste it in MS-Word, it is
fine, but when I create the PDF, the PDF does not accept Visio. The text in
the Visio diagrams are appearing outside the diagram area. Before I was using
Visio 2000, it was fine with Word as well as PDF. Please let me knoe about
the solution.

I'd start by looking at how you are creating the pdf's (which product are
you using and is it current).
