IMGCOMP.EXE stopped opening from hard drive

It worked perfectly for years. Now I get a message that the .dll cannot be found.

In addition, if I reinstall from disk (FPg disk 2) it says successful but it does not open. Another msg. comes up saying it needs to access D:\ENU\ and cannot.

Any insights here?
