FP 2002- How to Add .VMW Video file

I need to have a foront page open and play a vidoe.

Can you send me a list of detaild easy instructions.

I have tried, but I think I need to start from scratch.

Import the file into your current open FP web / site, then create a link to the file, then use File
Men | Preview in Browser to test.
