Enterprise Architects

Hi Guys,
My company sells software for schools, and I have been asked by a customer;

I’m trying to obtain Vision for Enterprise Architects. He tells me it is a
plug-in for Visio 2003. First of all I have no idea what it is, secondly can
you tell me where my customer can get hold of this.

You must sell Visual Studio for software architect (VS2003 or VS2005). It is
included in this product (but a bit expensive solution i suppose)?
