I have added some buttons for functions that I often use, to the Visio formatting toolbar.

When I open a Visio diagram from within an MS Word document, the buttons are there, but if I then open the diagram in Visio (View>Open in Visio), the buttons disappear.

Does anyone know of a cure for this?

Using Visio 2003 Pro SP2 and Word 2000 SP-3.
