Deployment Chart - need more rows and columns

Using Visio Standard 2003 SP1

I want to use the Deployment Chart for defining a responsibility matrix but
I find that I am limited to a maximum of 5 columns and 6 rows.

Is there a simple (or not so simple) means to expand the number of rows and
columns?

I tried using the Feature Comparisons chart but that also has a limit that
is less than what I require.
