Client Install for Visual SourceSafe 2005

I am looking for how to install just the Visual SourceSafe 2005 client
modules. Our VSS Database is on a network share and we have a server
with the VSS Server components installed. I attempted to execute the
Setup.exe in the CSetupMM_VSS folder of the CD. The assumption was
that this represented the client install. However, first it said it
could not find the vs_setup.msi file in the folder. So I copied one
from the main install directory. When I did this, the install in the
CSetupMM_VSS ran but it ran just like server version (had the option
to install the admin tools, remote connectivity items etc) and had no
option for installing just the client. How does the client install
work with VSS 2005? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
