Every time I open Access 2007 it reinstalls, taking about 5 minutes.

I have found that if I go through the Access97 install, and then Uninstall
Access 97, then Access 2007 will open without reinstalling. That's OK
because I don't need Access 97.

However, this is not practical because I support many people with remote
desktop and it would be a great cost to go to each of them and go through the
Access 97 Install/Unstall to deal with this problem.

Is there something in the registry that can be set or removed to keep Access
2007 from reinstalling every time it is run without going through the
expensive process of manually installing/uninstalling Access 97 on every
desktop?
