Spelling in word97 with XP Pro profiles

Sorry, probably a common question but searching I have found the answer not!

Can someone let me know what has to be done to get the spelling option for
mutilpule users on a XP Pro machine. It is not an option except under the
Administator account - which was used to install Office 97 locally. I've
tried assigning more rights and check to see if there is a registry tweak.
Office SP2 has been applied.
