Hi~and good afternoon and I am trying to register for Microsoft Power Point
and it says that I need a product key, and when I entered the product key
that was on the back of the CD case it says that it is incorrect. So what am
I supposed to do? Please e-mail me a new prouct key as soon as possible, me

If this is the case, I recommend that you contact Microsoft (or your vendor)
ASAP.

Product keys are never mailed out to a blind address. Your going to have to
contact Microsoft customer support and ask them to resolve the issue.

This isn't Microsoft Product Support -- it's a peer-to-peer user newsgroup
filled with regular ol' users.

You might want to double-check the key -- sometimes Gs look like 6s, zeros
like the letter O, etc. If that doesn't do the trick, you'll need to call
Microsoft. Go here, http://support.microsoft.com/off2003?sid=312 and in the
upper right-hand corner, hit the link to contact a support professional by
email, online or phone.
