Every now and then, the following keys tshcv become non-responsive. They only
work with while holding down the shift key. If I engage the CAPS lock, they
still do not work. This is not hardware related because other members in my
department experience the same thing. We're running WindowsXP,
SP2...Office2K3, SP2. I also run Remote Desktop all day into my home PC from
work. I primarily experience this issue when composing a new note in Outlook.
If I open Notepad, the keys work just fine. Does anyone know why this is?
