Printing text in color

Using Excel 2007, I have a file with color-coded text as well as some color
shading. The shading prints color, but the text all prints black.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

I don't have a suggestion, but I have the same problem with Excel 2003, so I'm not going to tell you to take Excel of Draft printing or anything simple like that. Maybe we can compare our set-ups to see if there is something we have in common that is causing this.

My set-up:

Lenovo Thinkpad T61
Windows XP Pro v. 5.1.2600

Other Applications Installed: Office 2003, Oracle E-business Suite client, Firefox 2.0.0.11, Roboform 6.9.82, Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11, CutePDF, IrfanView 4.1, Google Desktop, Google Earth 4.2.0198.241, Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.1.1, McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5.0i

Printing to Xerox WorkCentre color workstations (big multi-function copy machines hooked up our corporate LAN).

When I print to PDF through CutePDF, the color comes out OK, so I think the problem may be somehow linked to the printers I'm using. Just now sure how.
