I see the flag which gives the list. However I cannot see the phrase ;`task
bar'

Homework question? The task bar is not a feature of Word, but of Windows.
Try Windows Help.

As Stefan has told you, its not part of Word.

In Windows, click on Start and choose Help. In the search box, type
'TASKBAR' (note all one word).

What were you doing during your computer lessons.

This is a Windows question, but the Taskbar is usually on the bottom of the
window, with the Start button on the left-side, and the time on the
right-side.
