Printing strange characters using Envelope in Word 2007

Using Word 2007, several secretaries in our office print garbage instead of
the address when they use the Envelope feature. Seems to happen when the
font is either Cambria or Calibri. Using HP Laserjet printers with the
newest print drivers. Can you help with some solution? Thank you.

I suspect you need to tweak the printer settings. Something like
"download fonts as bitmaps". Sorry I can't be more specific.

YES YES!! that was it it. "Send truetype as graphics" has to be Enabled. I
am grateful.

that location is in Printers and Faxes - right click the printer - properties - on the general tab click printing preferences-advanced tab
