Help!

How do I stop getting multiple copies of some emails?

Archived from groups: microsoft>public>outlook>general (more info?)

Some emails coming to me multiply when they download to my computer. at my
online mailbox there is jsut one copy, but on downloading I end up with
between 2a nd 4 copies of their email. It is always the same people this
happens for and it happens every time they send me an email.

This is not an issue at your end but rather at the senders end
Get in touch with those people and tell them to stop scanning their outgoing emails
with their AV
