I checked the other postings, confirmed that Business Contact Manager is
installed, and checked to see if it was disabled. It didn't show up on the
disabled list. And, when I click start and go to all programs it shows a
choice called Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager, but the only
two options are "Business Contact Manager Help" and "View the Tours." I still
can't figure out how to start the darn product.

open outlook... look on the file menu, data file management... Add a new BCM
database from there. if it's not listed as an option, go to Help, About,
disabled addins - enable it if it's listed.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm having the same problem.

Thanks.

BCM doesn't have its own item on the Programs list. It is a COM add-in that
resides inside Outlook. Open Outlook and look for menu item at the top
labeled "Business Tools." This is the main BCM menu, but actually BCM is
integrated into other areas of Outlook as well.

I'm back and I figured it out. Here is what I did:

Open Outlook. From the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts. Choose View or
change existing e-mail accounts. Click on New Outlook Data File... select
Business Contact Manager Database from the list and click OK. The program
will create the BCM database. Click Finish. Close Outlook and open it again.
The program will update itself and add Business Tools etc, to the tool bar.
Good Luck!

might have to check the option for cached exchanged mode is checked
go to start > run > regedit Browse to the following location and check if
the following key exist
My Computer > H Key Local Machine > Software > Microsoft > Office > Outlook
> Addin > Microsoft.BusinessSolution.eCRM.OutlookAddin.Connect.1(High light
