How do I set up a signature on a letter in mail merge?

Archived from groups: microsoft>public>word>mailmerge>fields (more info?)

Our company recently moved and I was given the task of sending out a mass
mailing. I need to insert a signature at the end of the letter. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Scan the signature, insert it as a graphic at the foot of the merge letter.
