Anybody here knows how to trap ribbon events... I need to resize inside
content when ribbon button is minimize or maximize

What do you mean by minimize or maximize the button? AFAIAA you can't do
that in the ribbon.

I mean when the ribbon is enable or disable by going to the top little
arrow (custumize Quick Access Toolbar) and select minimize the ribbon

I don't think that minimizing the ribbon 'disables' it in the sense we
know as 'Enabled = False'. Maybe if you better explain what it is,
exactly, that you're trying to accomplish by minimizing the ribbon then
some better help can be provided.
