Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003.
I am trying to reply to several (over 1000) emails from different senders by
using one reply message. I found a solution to use a macro to do so but it
makes me click on 'Send' for each reply. Is there a more efficient way?

Thanks....

You can use a rule for this and run it manually against the folder holding
the emails you want to reply to.
For details see;
