I have no use for business contact manager whatsoever, but it kept asking me
to set it up EVERY time I opened Outlook, and now it won't let me remove it
from the toolbar. It's very frustrating!!!!!

Hi Ifroland,

I am sorry to hear this. You can always remove Business Contact Manager
from the Control Panel > "Add or Remove Programs" if you have Windows XP, or
Control Panel > Programs and Features > "Uninstall program" if you have
Windows Vista.
