Is there a way to either remove the Activities Tab from a v-card or delete
all of the activities that show up on the Activities Tab?
Thanks.

They're not in the vCard. Prove it yourself. Open the vCard in Notepad and

Why would you need to? It's a dynamic list linked to your profile. No one
else could ever see it if you forward a Contact as a vCard.
