reminders work. Thank you for your time andf assistance.

Hi Ken...
It asking me what pst program I want to scan and having a hard time finding
it. You said: the next steps

Set the Navigation Pane to display the Folder List. Right-click on the
Personal Folders (Outlook Today) folder there. Select Properties, then the
Advanced button. The path to your PST file is listed there. You can enter
that textbox and scroll it to see the entire path and file name.
Only run ScanPST when Outlook is not running.

Hi -
Not a true techie person here, and I'm having the same problem with my reminder service not working. It's driving me crazy! I have Blackberry syncing software which I am going to uninstall (but haven't yet). I've read through all the posts and am convinced I don't have enough knowledge to do anything other than run the outlook /clean... switches thing.
Can I uninstall Outlook and then reinstall? Would that resolve the problem?
