I am having trouble with my computer. I am getting a message about my
application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix
the problem. Can you help me?

If you are having a problem with Word or Office, specifically, try repairing the
installation. Assuming that you are using Word 2007, click the Office button,
and then click Word Options. In the Resources category, click Diagnose.
