Hi.

We are using Outlook 2003 fully patched with Exchange 2003 server.

One of my users experiences an odd situation.

When replying a HTML formatted e-mail, the user is not able to write
anything in the text field. Have to convert the e-mail to plain text before
typing the response.

Any idea what is happening?

Hope there is someone that can help me.

Thank you in advance

Does it happen with all HTML or just certain messages? Is the user trying to
type above the message or inserting comments into the text?
