OS: WXPPro, SP2
APP: XLXP, SP3
The column header row is row 1
Rows to repeat at top: $1:$1
Print Area: Either A1:M798 or A2:M798 (Doesn't matter which, same effect
except the latter shades out the header row under page view)
Current situation: Rows 2 through 725 are hidden.
Illeffect: When printing, it prints only the header row for the first page.
Impact: Don't like to have to change the Print area each and every time
additional rows are hidden.
Under current situation, if the first row of the print area is 314 or
higher, it will print the data as the first page, but if the first row of
the print area is 313 or lower, then that same data is printed as page 2.
What needs to be done without necessarily having to adjust the print area
everytime one goes to print out the report?

Hi,
you can go to the printer properties, In advanced you will see the option to
customize the print area

Guess you didn't see the statement about not wanting to have to change the
print area everytime they want to print this report out as I did state that
in the original message.

Try this:
Go to:
File
Page Setup
Sheet
(Clear print area-this will eliminate need to change print area when records added )
Rows to repeat at top: $1:$4 ( if you want rows 1-4 repeated on all pages )
OK
