How to print multiple pages in different amounts??

Every month I have to print trip sheets for my employees. One employee may be 10 copies of (A), 5 copies of (C) and 2 copies of (E). I was wondering if I can create a "print job" so that I can go in to each employees file and just click print to print 20/5/2. Is this possible? I have word, exel, publisher, etc.
